(1) Vendor needs to provide milepost fabrication service. – Provide fabricators, artists, manufacturers, or design–build vendors for the fabrication and delivery of thirty large–scale parkway–inspired mileposts.– Encourage tourists to visit the parkway’s gateway communities.– Create a common and attractive public feature to unite these gateway communities.– Provide a medium for each community to publicize and celebrate its local natural and cultural heritage.– Emphasize the strong connections between the parkway, parkway visitors, and gateway communities.– Highlight appalachian creativity and identity.– Create interactive visitor experiences.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
