EXTRA-78800 - USA (York, South Carolina) - Dry Weather Screening Program Consulting Services - Deadline December 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide dry weather screening program consulting services to the government authority located in York, SC. – Consulting firms to develop and implement a dry weather field screening and analytical monitoring (dry weather screening) program.– Dry weather field screening may consist to, (1) visual observations; (2) field screening monitoring; and (3) analytical monitoring at selected points to the extent necessary to identify and eliminate an illicit discharge in the drainage area of the suspected illicit.– Develop a dry weather screening guidance manual.– Conduct field screening to detect illicit discharges.– Assessment report on effectiveness of field screening and recommendations– Project management.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 01, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
