(1) Vendor needs to provide laboratory analysis services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.– Increased sample load and testing needs during peak periods.– Emergency testing needs (e.g., spills, contamination events, treatment disruptions).– Temporary in–house laboratory closures, equipment outages, or certification impacts.– Unanticipated staffing shortages.– New regulatory requirements, new analyses, or newly mandated methods.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
