Vendor needs to provide public art project services.• Create an engaging and visually compelling public art installation that brings awareness to urban heat islands, flooding, and climate change.  • Encourage creative interpretation while remaining open to additional artistic ideas and themes.• Develop up to two–three initial design concepts for review and consideration by project partners and City staff. • Participate as invited in community outreach that encourages interaction and engagement with the mural design and process • Refine a final design with input from project partners. • Prepare the site (as needed). • Execute and complete the mural installation. • If proposing a mural an application protective coating suitable for long–term outdoor display. • Submit a long–term preventive maintenance and care program by the property owner • Coordinate timeline and logistics with a designated City representative.
