TRANSPORT-11538 - USA (El Paso, Colorado) - Mowing Services for Evergreen and Fair View Cemeteries - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide mowing services for evergreen and fair view cemeteries to the government authority located in El Paso, CO.– Irrigated Turf Mowing – Bluegrass• Turf mowing shall begin, as specified, during the month of April. Mowing activities shall continue until approximately November 15, as specified.• All mowing equipment is to be equipped with sharp blades so as not to tear, but cleanly cut the blades of grass.• The mowing direction shall be alternated each week to promote healthy turf.– Native Turf Mowing – Improved Native Prairie Grass• Mowing shall be performed between June 1–15, August 1–15 and October 1–15, unless otherwise noted. The height of cut shall be 6”.• A rotary or flail mower capable at cutting at a six (6) inch height must be utilized in these areas. Mower must be approved by the Department prior to use.– Grass Clippings• No clippings shall be discharged into or on playground surfaces.• No clippings may be left within street or parking lot gutters.(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on July 22, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
