(1) Vendor needs to provide on–demand transportation software system to obtain information and pricing regarding an On–demand transportation software system for its paratransit and senior buses. – Integrate high–resolution GPS tracking and a sub 1–minute refresh rate to provide accurate real–time vehicle location data.– The software should dynamically adjust and reshuffle trips when cancellations occur, ensuring equitable and logistically efficient ride distribution. – Software must have a reservation function; this component shall be integrated with the scheduling function.– The system must be scalable in terms of being complementary to new technologies. – System shall obtain GPS information for each vehicle using GPS satellites orbiting the earth.– Provide accurate, real–time reporting with customizable reporting capabilities.– Ensure seamless data migration from existing provider RouteMatch. – Must support real–time operational supervision with web–based reporting tools.– Database management.– Customer self–service portal.– Real–time trip optimization.– GIS and mapping functions.– GPS tracking and vehicle data.– Automated and manual trip booking.– Mobile application requirements.– Integration with scheduling and dispatch(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
