(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisory services to the government authority located in Ohio.– Provide non–discretionary advisory services for the agency investment portfolio.– Provide information regarding current and forecasted market and economic conditions as needed.– Advise the agency of investment maturities and reinvestment options.– Settle any confirmation discrepancies with the broker/dealer or informational trade discrepancies that may arise between the broker/dealer and advisor’s letter prior to settlement with the Custodian.– Provide input regarding an appropriate measurement of portfolio performance and benchmark to assess performance.– Provide any other information relevant to the agency investment program.– Assist in annual review and update of the agency Investment Policy. – Assist in the review of the investment management procedures and portfolio documentation.– Perform due diligence reviews of current and proposed broker /dealers and financial institutions.– Monitor credit worthiness of the financial intuitions, the agency depository and custodian banks.
