(1) Vendor needs to provide off–site records storage services to the government authority located in UK.– Provide storage solutions suitable for a variety of records including paper files, maps, photographs, slides, film, audiovisual media and digital media.– Maintain environmental controls for temperature, humidity, ventilation and protection against fire, water and other environmental risks.– Records will mean:– Paper files.– Batch records.– Maps.– Photographs and slides.– Film and video media.– Audio.– Computer disks including CD and DVD.
