(1) Vendor needs to provide Digital Evidence and Situational Awareness Technologies System.– Support high–speed, bulk ingestion and rapid retrieval of evidence files, regardless of volume,while maintaining data integrity and system responsiveness.– Integrated Solutions: Preferred proposals will offer comprehensive, ready–to–usesystems. This encompasses the hardware, software, cloud/on–premise storage, and all professionalservices (including delivery, installation, and configuration) necessary to achieve a fully operationalstatus.A. Digital Evidence and Body Worn Camera (BWC) systems: – Body–Worn Cameras, in–car video systems, interview room recording hardware, docking/charging stations or Digital Evidence Management Systems for secure storage and redaction. Cellular based applications for digital evidence capture.B. Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS): – Tactical drone aircraft, thermal/EO gimbals, ground control stations, flight management software, specialized payloads, localized mapping or search–and–rescue sensors.C. Environmental & Acoustic Systems: –Gunshot detection sensors (acoustic), Hazmat sensors (Air/Gas/Radiological) weather/hazard monitors and specialized alert interfaces for localized environmental threats(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
