(1) Vendor needs to provide co–development and consulting services to the government authority located in Pineville, KY.– Provide co–development and consulting services related to the repositioning of agency public housing portfolio.– Staffing and capacity provide the necessary staffing, expertise, supervision, and organizational capacity required to implement all aspects of agency portfolio rehabilitation.– Resident engagement: maintaining a positive relationship with the residents is of great importance to the agency.– Continue to primarily serve low–income households in the community. – Improve the physical and financial condition of the properties. – Maintain ownership and control of the properties, as feasible. – Partner to access expertise as well as public and private resources to improve the properties.  (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 15, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
