Hazard identification, rating, and tracking.• Provide a cost–effective means of collecting hazards from several thousand personnel entering data at more than 30 discrete physical locations.• Collect standard information about hazards and allow configuration of details (e.g., terminology for type of hazard).• Provide dashboard views and standard reports that can be set or configured by individual users and for certain user types.– The contract period will be for Three years.– All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
