(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based parking access and revenue control modernization system.– A cloud–based, state–of–good–repair solution that integrates with agency broader fare and payment ecosystem. – Private parking operators, airport authorities, municipalities, mixed–use developments, commercial parking providers, and other public entities.– Deploy a cloud–based platform.– Enable multi–platform payment options (Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit/debit, contactless).– Implement open payment (“Open Pay”).– Replace all pay stations with modern units featuring digital displays.– Deploy license plate recognition (LPR) capabilities.– Merchant–based transit rewards and loyalty program evaluate models similar to retail loyalty ecosystems, where backend vendors (e.g., payment processors like square) enable targeted promotions and partnerships.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 17, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
