Amendment # 1 to the Specific Procurement Notice Clarification of the equipment description Bosnia and Herzegovina / Republika Srpska AGRICULTURE RESILIENCE AND COMPETITIVENESS PROJECT P171266 Combined, Fully Automatic Instrument for Analyzing Chemical Parameters and Total Somatic Cell Count from Raw Milk Samples RFB Reference No: BA-RS-ARCP-G-RFB-25-002 1. The Bosnia and Herzegovina has received a credit from the World Bank toward the cost of Agriculture Resilience and Competitiveness Project , and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for Set of instruments for quality control of fresh raw milk RS, BA-RS-ARCP-G-RFB-25-002. 2. The Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Water Management of Republika Srpska / Agriculture Project Coordination Unit now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Procurement of Set of instruments for quality control of fresh raw milk ( which consists of : 1. Combined, Fully Automatic Instrument for Analyzing Chemical Parameters and Total Somatic Cell Count from Raw Milk Samples Instrument for Analyzing Chemical Parameters and 2. Instrument for Automatic Counting of Total Bacterial Count from Raw Milk Sample) Prices quoted shall correspond to 100 % of the quantities specified. 3. Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Request for Bids (RfB) procedures specified in the World Bank’s Regulations: Procurement under the project will be carried out in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers “Procurement in Investment Project Financing for goods, works, non-consulting services and Consulting Services” (July 2016, revised Nov 2017, Aug 2018, and Nov 2020), and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Guidelines. 4.
