(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile work management solution.– Fully decommission SAP Work Manager and replace it with a modern, mobile friendly tool.– Consider a two–tier model for the mobile work management solution, consisting of test and production, provided the respondent explains how development, configuration, testing, and release management will be controlled.– Analyze current state mobile work management business processes and ensure the new solution supports or improves them.– Ensure SAP EAM, IS–U, and Esri ArcGIS are maintained as the system of record.– Properly train all users for the new mobile work management solution– Identity & Access Management platforms– Authentication via Entra ID or FIDO2 – Ability to manage access and provisioning via Azure Enterprise Applications– Security agents and monitoring capabilities on servers– (Preferred) Support “SSL decrypt” for traffic leaving the agency enterprise– Single sign–on when accessed via the internal agency network(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 8, 2026.
