(1) Vendor needs to provide interior remodel services to the government authority located in Bristol, WI.– Consists of the following: Interior remodel of seven (7) areas– Total area of the remodel will be approximately 17,000 sq/ft. – Work will consist of demolition, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression, electrical and technology(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on September 22, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
