(1) Vendor needs to provide day–care services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.– Recognizing that accessible early childhood care is a critical component of employee retention, workforce productivity, and overall well–being, this initiative aims to support state employees by mitigating the logistical and financial challenges of securing reliable childcare– The selected vendor will assume legal liability and full operational responsibility for the center.– Respondents should explain how they will implement an evidence–based educational philosophy that promotes early childhood literacy, social–emotional development, and kindergarten readiness(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.
