TELCOM-3048 - USA (San Leandro, California) - Telephone Services - Deadline November 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone services to the government authority located in San Leandro, CA.– Provide youth telephone services (YTS) utilizing state–of–the–art technology and equipment.– Facility is staffed by juvenile institutional officers who supervise the youth and are responsible for their care, custody, and control.– currently consists of 51 fixed youth telephones:– Of the phones, 48 are located within the 12 housing units.– Intends to remove 36 in–unit phones (three [3] per unit), leaving one (1) phone operational in each unit.– The three (3) phones in the Intake area will remain in place.– Provide all equipment, installation, connectivity, maintenance, storage, hardware, software, security, training, and any other implementation services.– Installation services will be limited to the placement, configuration, and activation of the system within existing agency facilities.– Installation does not include drilling, cutting, wall fastening, mounting requiring penetration of walls, ceilings, or floors, or any other structural modifications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 16, 2026.
