(1) Vendor needs to provide AIDS intervention management system.• Conduct quality of care reviews, program evaluations, focused clinical studies, and quality improvement activities for health–related service.• Ability to collaborate with the department and the AIMS program through timely communication defined as bi–weekly email, coordination, and at a minimum of monthly face–to–face and virtual meetings.• Ensuring assessment of a representative sample, quality, and timeliness of the review findings and deliverables including but not limited to summary documents, and raw data.• The accuracy and complete conveyance of review findings, delivered in accordance with the modality and timeframes determined by the department, as well as agreed upon between the department and the contractor.• Secure and safe maintenance of medicaid data in accordance with state and federal law; quality assurance and improvement throughout each review process including tool development, evaluator training, chart reviews, data analysis, and data reporting.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
