(1) Vendor needs to provide planning consulting services to the government authority located in Florida. – Providing a wide range of on–demand planning services.– Review development applications and prepare written comments identifying relevant provisions of the agency’s Land Development Code that must be addressed through revisions to site plans or supporting documents.– Review, evaluate, and process both administrative and public–hearing variances.– Tasks include communicating with applicants, analyzing requests for code compliance, coordinating with Community Development staff, drafting staff reports and resolutions, and preparing recommendations.– Consultant shall provide the level of expertise necessary to support advanced professional planning functions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
