(1) Vendor needs to provide live and radio video broadcasts services.– Broadcasters for exclusive rights for live radio broadcasts of home Athletic Events and live video streaming of away Athletic Events.– Exclusive live video streaming rights for all home athletic contests. – Provide media credentials, as outlined in Board Policies, to employees of the Broadcaster who serve a necessary function during athletic events. – Radio broadcasts are to be over FM radio unless permission is granted by Schools to broadcast over AM radio. – Broadcasters are allowed to partner with other media organizations as part of the proposal.–  All partnerships, affiliations, and/or third–party entities involved in the broadcast, distribution, or promotion of Athletic events.
