(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile document shredding service to the government authority located in Bloomfield, NM.• Provide on–site mobile document shredding services to ensure the secure and confidential destruction of sensitive documents• Key Requirements:• Service: Monthly on–site collection and cross–cut shredding of paper documents. Strip shredding is not acceptable.• Containers: Contractor must provide, deliver, and maintain three (3) 95–gallon, lockable security containers.• Operations: Services are to be performed on–site during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), excluding federal holidays.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Buy Indian Set–Aside (specific to Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Services)
