(1) Vendor needs to provide oracle support. – To provide Oracle Cloud application support services.• Self–Service and Automated Support – Staff• Basic Help Desk Support – Support Staff• Technical Support – Staff/Managed Service• External Support – Managed Service/Oracle Support– Expanded support hours for major unanticipated issues (e.g., 24/7 support for emergency payroll issues) – Status reporting, communication, and tracking of support issues and project work. – Use of productive service management tools – Remote support desired, when possible, on–site support when mutually agreed as required. – Dedicated Account/Service Manager for reporting and escalations.
