CLEANING-14469 - USA (Allentown, Pennsylvania) - Cleaning Services - Deadline December 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning services to the government authority located in Allentown, PA. – Furnish and supply cleaning services. • Daily:– Remove all trash and recyclable materials to designated area(s), provide liners for all trash and recycling containers; replace soiled liners, as needed.– Vacuum and wet mop all non–carpeted flooring.– Refill paper towel and toilet paper dispensers with County supplied products.– Vacuum all carpeted areas.– Clean all bathroom fixtures including toilet (scrub bowl and wipe seat), sink, faucet, paper towel and soap dispenser, and diaper changing tables with germicidal cleaning solution.– Wipe down two (2) water fountains per house.– Dust all furniture and damp dust with germicidal cleaner, as appropriate for the surface.– Empty outside garbage cans. • Weekly:– Clean all interior office windows in both houses.– Wipe all baseboards with germicidal cleaner in both houses.• Monthly:– Burnish all non–carpeted areas.– Dust window treatments.– Clean both basements including wiping down laundry appliances, sweeping and remove cobwebs.• Semi–annually:– Strip and apply four (4) coats of floor finish to all non–carpeted areas– Wipe down garbage bins.– During non–winter months, wipe down exterior furniture, handrails, doors, door handles and exterior light fixtures at both buildings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2026.
