(1) Vendor needs to provide school renovation and addition project services to the government authority located in Greenwich, CT. – Administer the construction of the project. • Preconstruction:– Develop an org chart showing who approves what decisions, orders, etc.– Assist with construction manager and other owner’s consultants hiring process including contract type and qualifications.– Assist with budget management and estimating.– Assist with architectural and engineering selection and contract negotiation, as applicable– Review architectural, engineering and any other consultant contracts hired by the project team, pay requests, and change orders.– Assist with procurement of other vendors• Construction:– Develop a thorough understanding of, and familiarity with, the purpose of the project and the needs, requirements and policies of the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 8, 2026.
