Vendor needs to provide digital media services to create impactful outreach campaigns and digital media products that highlight research, development, test and evaluation efforts.1. Digital design services:– Conceptualize, design and execute responsive and interactive digital publications (annual reports, strategic plans, fact sheets, brochures, etc.) for delivery across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, social media and intranet sites.– Deliver graphics compatible across platforms, including microsite, tablets, mobile devices, social media sites, intranet (SharePoint), and other browser–based applications.– Create information graphics to communicate complex technical concepts and systems.2. Video production:– Participate in the video development cycle, including script writing, storyboarding, video recording, b–roll capture, and post–production editing (narration, music, 2D and 3D animation, graphics and special effects).– Organize and manage studio and location shoots, on camera interviews and set direction, to develop and archive short informational and promotional videos for multiple distribution channels (websites, social media, presentations, mobile applications).– Deliver and distribute video content for multiple platforms and formats.3. Social media:– Work with social media staff to use existing and new tools to raise visibility among key audiences via social media sites (X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and others).– Employ design techniques to create visually appealing imagery for platforms.– Develop and manage a strong posting schedule to maintain platform algorithm effectiveness.4. Websites and webcasts:– Support by engaging internal and external website users through linking multiple digital channels (web, mobile technologies, social media) and provide monthly analytics reports to COR/PM, and as requested for specialized initiatives and campaigns.5. Outreach team support for digital media Services:– Interact with program managers and support personnel to identify programs/projects for digital media applications.6. Creative Services:– Provide custom layouts, graphics, and illustrations for communication products, including fact sheets, reports, brochures, newsletters, emails, posters, briefings, PowerPoint presentations, exhibit displays, social media, websites, branded materials, and event signage and collateral.– Provide technical staff for all webcasting events, including equipment set–up, operation, editing, posting, and analytics reporting.7. Web content management:– Monitor web site performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve readership.– Conduct annual audit of website to manage life cycle of informational content.
