(1) Vendor needs to provide black infant health program facility support services to the government authority located in Martinez, CA.– Primarily leasing facility space to host the Black Infant Health (BIH) Program prenatal and postpartum education groups and providing ChildWatch services for parents while they are participating in group sessions.– Recognizing that women’s health–related behaviours are shaped by non–medical factors, including the effects of stress related to limited social and economic resources, racism, and discrimination.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 11, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
