(1) Vendor needs to provide HIV/STI/VH home testing supplies to the government authority located in Colorado.– Provide access to home STI/HIV/HCV test kits that can be ordered through an online platform and mailed discreetly to a client's home.– Home test kits include testing for Syphilis, HIV, Hepatitis C, Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.– Provide home–based test kits to individuals at heightened risk of acquiring an STI, HIV, and/or HCV(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
