BID # 24-25 Neighborhood Sidewalk Improvements

The City of Portsmouth, NH is requesting sealed responses for Project Title . Responses are to be submitted electronically via the eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofportsmouth before Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late responses will not be accepted. This project consists of Sidewalk improvements at multiple locations within the City limits. Greenleaf Avenue: Consists of construction of new concrete sidewalks along Greenleaf Avenue and Lafayette Road from Hillside Drive to South Street. A portion of this scope includes removal of existing asphalt sidewalks. Sagamore Avenue: Consists of construction of new concrete sidewalks along Sagamore Avenue from 1171 Sagamore Ave. driveway to Odiorne Point Road. This Area work will have a portion of work within a City of Portsmouth sidewalk easement as well as a portion within the NHDOT right-of-way. NHDOT will require approval and permits prior to beginning work. Islington Street: Consists of removing an existing asphalt sidewalk and constructing to walkways to connect the existing property owner walkways to either the curb or to their driveways.
