(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal government relations and lobbying services.– Provide Municipal Government Relations and Lobbying Services focused on state legislative advocacy, monitoring, and strategic government relations.– Serve as a strategic partner in advancing the Town's legislative priorities, monitoring state legislation, advising Town leadership on emerging public policy issues, and supporting the development and implementation of the Town's annual Legislative Policy Agenda.– Maintain relationships with state legislators, agencies, municipal organizations, and other stakeholders.– Provide timely legislative alerts and analysis of proposed legislation.– Provide time–sensitive advocacy and strategic guidance on emerging legislative issues.– Assist with the development and implementation of the Town's annual legislative strategy.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
