RENTAL-2845 - USA (Charlotte, North Carolina) - Citywide Uniform Rental and Laundering Services - Deadline November 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide citywide uniform rental and laundering services to the government authority located in Charlotte, NC. – To provide uniform rental services across multiple departments.– The City employees will utilize items such as pants, shirts, jackets, protective clothing, lab coats, coveralls, shop rags, and floor mats. – Uniforms may require specialized features including moisture wicking materials, flame resistance, high visibility, screen printing, or non standard sizing.– These uniforms included, but are not limited to: pants, shorts, shirts, jackets, aprons, protective electrical clothing, lab coats and coveralls, as well as other items such as shop rags, and floor mats.– Uniforms may be required to have one or more of the following features: wicking material, Flame Resistant, high visibility, screen printing or non–standard sizing or lengths.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on November 6, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
