(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted ALERT immunization information system.– Provide replace existing ALERT Immunization Information System (ALERT IIS) with a more modernized solution comprising an Immunization Information System (IIS).– Support modernizing data processes state–wide in the integration of multiple existing systems into one maintenance.– Development and operations control, such as code version control, fault monitoring, build and deployment pipeline processes, and deployment approvals and confirmations.– Analyzed, cleaned, transformed, migrated, and validated in the proposed solution in a manner that is complete, accurate, transparent, and repeatable.– Analyze source system data formats and integrity from multiple legacy systems whose data will be migrated into the single proposed solution or archived into a database, including correcting and reformatting as necessary or as instructed by agency.– Perform data conversion activities, including preparation and planning, analysis and design, conversion build, conversion testing, mock conversions, conversion cutover, and support.– Provides design of database architecture required for the target environment with enough detail to support data integrity, performance, and scalability.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.
