(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial litigation services to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN. – Provide legal services for commercial and civil litigation and administrative claims, including to investigation of facts, evaluation as to merits of case or defense, preparation of pleadings, court appearances, and trial and appeal.– Outsource uninsured commercial and complex litigation counsel to complement its internal legal staff.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.
