(1) Vendor needs to provide driver licensing modernization modernization system.– A modernization of its driver licensing system to replace its current aging platform, which hasaccumulated significant functional gaps across nearly all areas of operation.    – System relies heavily on manual processes, disconnected platforms, and institutionalknowledge to compensate for limited automation and integration capabilities.    – System's capabilities for document and image repository management, including a system–of–record approach to storing, retrieving, and managing scanned documents, forms, photos, and letters.– Audit management, including audit research tools, maintaining audit logs, and generating audit reports and scorecards.– Data warehousing, including a self–service BI layer fed from DL data, AAMVA systems, finance systems, and scheduling data, with the ability for staff to run, save, and share queries without IT involvement.– Hosting a Driver Licensing solution and support for on–premise solutions.– Improving the customer experience through expanded self–service and digital channels.– Expanding access to data, improved data quality and better reporting tools.– Establishing a unified system of record across driver licensing, enforcement, and financial operations.– Automation of daily tasks and data processing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
