SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE (REQUEST FOR BIDS) REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN TAJIKISTAN DIGITAL FOUNDATIONS PROJECT Purchaser: State Institution "Projects Implementation Center Fundamentals of Digitalization in Tajikistan" of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Project: Tajikistan Digital Foundations Project Grant No. TF-C6744 Assignment Title: Development of the payment gateway for P2G/B2G payments (e-Payment) RFB No: TDFP/RFB/IS/2. The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Tajikistan Digital Foundations Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under a contract for the Development of the Payment Gateway for P2G/B2G Payments (e-Payment). The State Institution "Projects Implementation Center Fundamentals of Digitalization in Tajikistan" of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan hereby invites eligible Bidders to submit Bids for the Development of the Payment Gateway for P2G/B2G Payments (e-Payment). Procurement will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, dated July 2016, revised September 2023 ("Procurement Regulations"), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
