CSE-24400 - USA (Springfield, Illinois) - IP-based Security Camera Expansion and Video Management System - Deadline September 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide IP–based security camera expansion and video management system to the government authority located in Springfield, IL.– System Design & Engineering• Conduct site assessments to evaluate existing infrastructure, cabling, and coverage areas.• Recommend camera placements and system configurations based on best practices and municipal security standards.• Provide final system layout and design documentation including fields of view and device placement diagrams.– Equipment Provisioning• Supply commercial–grade IP cameras suitable for interior and exterior environments.• Provide mounting hardware, cabling, connectors, and related accessories.– Installation Requirements• Install all cameras including mounting, cabling, and positioning.• Integrate devices into the existing Video Management System (VMS).– IT Coordination• Coordinate with the city of Springfield Information Systems Division (ISD) to confirm switch capacity and network availability.• Assign IP addresses, confirm VLAN configuration, and validate storage usage.– Project Deliverables• Final as–built documentation including camera locations and cable paths.• Inventory list of installed devices including models and serial numbers.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 19, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
