Anderson Cemetery Road Drainage and Paving Project

The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed bids from GDOT Prequalified Contractors for the following project: FY27-ENGCP-003-1: Anderson Cemetery Road Drainage & Paving Project. The project consists of drainage and paving improvements along the existing unpaved portion of Anderson Cemetery Road beginning just west of the entrance into the Cornerstone Point Subdivision at Landmark Circle and extending approximately 1,800 LF to Clifton Road. The project involves road construction operations including traffic control, erosion control, grading, storm drainage, subgrade, graded aggregate base, asphalt paving, signing & marking, and final stabilization. The intersection of Anderson Cemetery Road and Landmark Circle is located at latitude 32.321067 and longitude -81.735813. The intersection of Anderson Cemetery Road and Clifton Road is located at latitude 32.322241 and longitude -81.741660. All contractors seeking to provide construction delivery services to Bulloch County for this project shall submit evidence of current active approval as a GDOT Prequalified Contractor as of the bid submission deadline October 16, 2026, 11:00 AM EDT, as it appears on GDOT�s Directory of Prequalified Contractors webpage. It will be the bidder�s sole responsibility to periodically check all websites for addenda associated with bidding for this project. Failure to include a signed copy of any addenda issued for this project in the submitted bid package will result in the submitted bid not being considered for this project.
