(1) Vendor needs to provide investment software solution. – To secure services for investment software to provide accounting reports, compliance monitoring, performance analytics and risk analytics.• Cloud–based Portfolio Management System • 10 to 15 licenses • Easy to use product for users • Ability to evaluate for compliance to investment policies • Ability to produce portfolio performance and risk analytics • System must have ability to download/export of data and ad hoc reporting in excel and pdf • System must provide a reconciliation function that includes accretion and amortization calculations • Reconciliation • System must be able to group/filter data based on key identifiers • Ability to report accrued interest, weighted average life, cost, market and book value • Ability to report on portfolio composition by security type, maturity, coupon, issuer • Ability to save customer reports • Ability to deliver standardized and custom reports for any user defined reporting period with up–todate information • Ability to retain historical data • Provide training and technical support to county personnel as needed • Ability to interface with agency investment(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be three years.
