(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–base on–demand trades training platform.– A customizable, interactive, and robust Learning Management System (LMS) and workforce development platform designed to support facilities management occupations.Mobile application Compatible with iOS and Android.Web access compatible with Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari.– The system shall support the full lifecycle of employee development from onboarding through advanced technical certification and continuing education.The platform shall support learners and administrators across multiple departments and locations.– The platform shall provide a visually intuitive and user–friendly interface accessible across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.– The platform shall provide training capabilities for skilled trades e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, controls, and mechanical systems, custodial services, landscaping and grounds, safety, leadership development, and project management.– The purpose of the training and workforce development platform is to establish a scalable, enterprise–level training management– System that enables both standardized and customized training plans across departments.– The platform shall provide a framework for the delivery, management, tracking, and reporting of educational and training content to improve workforce capability, support personnel development, reduce operational risk, and align training outcomes with organizational performance goals.– Workforce development and career progression.– Training delivery and learning content.– Skills assessments and competency validation.– Certification and compliance management.– Operational alignment and continuous improvement.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 11, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year.
