Horry County is seeking for its Department of Airports (HCDA) a qualified Airport Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firm to provide preconstruction and construction services for a TSA Security Screening Checkpoint at MYR. NON-MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference / Walkthrough: 10:00 AM, October 2, 2026, at MYR (Myrtle Beach International Airport). All potential CMAR firms and Sub-Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference / Walkthrough.
