HEALTH-10683 - USA (Kaneohe, Hawaii) - Adult Inpatient Psychiatric and Nursing Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide adult inpatient psychiatric and nursing services to the government authority located in Kaneohe, HI.• Agency serves adult mentally–ill and/or dually diagnosed patients (i.e. medical, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities, etc.).• To provide safe and effective psychiatric nursing care in the most cost–effective manner and to meet staffing matrix as defined by Agency policy.• To provide the required nursing staffing needs on each shift with qualified RPNs, LPNs, and PTs, to deliver quality psychiatric nursing care to mentally ill patients of Agency.• To assist Agency in maintaining The Joint Commission accreditation.• Support a therapeutic and trauma–informed environment• Collaborate with Clinical, Nursing and Administrative Staff• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and hospital policies• Provide well trained and professional personnel• Maintain accurate and timely reporting• Contract Monitoring and Evaluation– The criteria for which the performance of the contract will be monitored and evaluated are:• Performance/Outcome Measures• Output Measures• Quality of Care/Quality of Services• Financial Management• Administrative Requirements(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(4) Pre–Offer Conference Information will be held on September 11, 2026.
