(1) Vendor needs to provide civic area development partnership service to the government authority located in city. – Create a vibrant, food–oriented destination in the heart of boulder, including support for the growth and continued success of the farmers market through creation of a year–round “market hall” and related support spaces, including classroom space and offices.– Arts and culture showcasing boulder's world–class creative and cultural community, now home to the film festival.– Creating long–term partnerships with groups skilled and experienced in the programming and operation of public and semi–public spaces to achieve the community's vision.– Tapping the creative ideas and innovative thinking of private sector and nonprofit partners to detail and refine the proposed development program and design concept, including support for year–round operations.– Park improvements including native gardens, a dining patio with a food truck plaza, splash pad, and nature play areas.– Support and help coordinate community engagement activities.– supporting a vibrant, connected, and active community.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
