PRE-SOLICITATION CONTRACTOR ROUNDTABLE BLUE LINE LAKE STREET/MIDTOWN RENOVATION CONSTRUCTION The Metropolitan Council is conducting a pre-solicitation contractor roundtable meeting in advance of a future formal solicitation.
