(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic financial and capitalization planning service. • Lead consultant who can help us connect our mission, operating model, financial realities, and • future ambitions into a practical five–year capitalization strategy• Develop a five–year capitalization strategy that identifies the financial resources needs to sustain its current work, respond to changing conditions, and make thoughtful investments in the organization’s next stage• Recommend reasonable targets or ranges for working capital, reserves, operating surpluses, liquidity, and other balance–sheet measures appropriate to model and level of risk.• Identify the types of capital or financing that may be appropriate for different needs and stages, including where flexible or patient philanthropic capital, reserves, debt or other financing, or ongoing contributed revenue may be most appropriate.• Distinguish among ongoing operating revenue needs and different uses of capital, including working capital and reserves, growth or change capital, equipment and infrastructure needs, and potential facility or real–estate investments.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026
