(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural services for residential elevations to the government authority located in Barre, VT.    – The development of elevation plans, coordination with engineering consultants, permitting, and construction–phase support.    – Provide construction administration support during implementation.– Coordinate with structural and civil engineers as required.– Develop elevation design plans for three residential structures.– Architectural modifications associated with structure elevation.– Site visits during construction.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026.
