(1) Vendor needs to provide administration building elevator modernization services to the government authority located in Oakland, CA. – Commercial, standard electric traction elevators.– Elevator car and hoist way signal equipment.– Operation and control systems.– Patching, painting etc. as indicated.– Accessibility provisions for physically disabled persons.– Related Building Work.– Provide all necessary equipment, labor, and permits required to satisfactorily complete elevator modernization required by the contract documents.– Contractor shall modernize only one (1) elevator at a time. The subsequent elevators will only be turned over for modernization work upon completion of all modernization work on the prior elevator, including successful completion of all required inspections and tests.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 8, 2026.
