(1) Vendor needs to provide town planner and municipal planning services to the government authority located in Parachute, CO. • Provide a full range of professional planning services, including traditional planning functions, while also serving as a strategic partner to the town by providing guidance, analysis, and recommendations to enhance the town's municipal code, development review processes, long–range planning efforts, and overall community development initiatives.• Planning services are anticipated to include current planning activities, development application review, site plan and subdivision review, zoning and land use interpretation, staff support, and attendance at planning commission and town council meetings, as requested.• Provide guidance on comprehensive planning, capital planning coordination, annexations, special projects, grant support, community engagement, policy development, and other community planning initiatives as requested.• Assist with annexation studies, special planning projects, and economic developmentinitiatives.• Review and evaluate the Town's Municipal Code, zoning regulations, subdivision regulations, and land development processes.• Research and assist the town in implementing best practices, new legislation, and emerging planning issues affecting municipalities.• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to planning services performed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 15, 2026
