(1) Vendor needs to provide lithium battery recycling services to the government authority located in Hauppauge, NY.– Collection and removal of used containing lithium batteries from designated accumulation areas on an as–needed basis.– Environmentally responsible recycling and disposal of material in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations.– Provision of certificates of recycling, when applicable.– Transportation of all materials using licensed and authorized personnel and vehicles.– Compliance with all applicable, state environmental regulations, and industry best practices for electronic waste management.– Maintenance of all required licenses, permits, and insurance necessary to perform the work.– Contractor shall leave collection areas clean and free of debris following each pickup.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
