Vendor needs to provide energy management services to the government authority located in Charleston, SC. – Provide targeted technical support, troubleshooting, and limited preventive maintenance for remaining Johnson Controls International (JCI) Metasys–based Building Automation Systems (BAS) that have not yet been transitioned to the Honeywell Tridium platform.– Services shall be performed on an as–needed basis to sustain system functionality until full decommissioning or conversion to Honeywell controls is completed.– Support is limited to remaining Johnson Controls International (JCI) Metasys–controlled systems that have not yet been migrated to the Honeywell platform.– The Contractor shall support a phased decommissioning environment in which JCI–controlled systems are progressively removed from service.– The Contractor shall maintain and support all JCI Metasys–controlled Seawater System components, including:a. Intake and return pumpsb. Heat exchangersc. UV filtration systemsd. Air blowerse.
