(1) Vendor needs to provide cashiering and point of sale solution. – Provide a comprehensive, city–wide cashiering and Point–Of–Sale (POS) solution.– Secure, scalable, and fully integrated solution that improves operational efficiency, supports multiple payment channels, and integrates with the city’s workday financial management system.– Providing a modern Solution capable of supporting in–person and offsite in person payments through a retailer or self–serve kiosk in addition to online payments across multiple locations.– Solution must support the City’s accepted payment types, including cash, check, credit and debit cards, ACH, E–checks, online payments, IVR payments, kiosk payments, various retail locations payments and mobile wallets.– Solution must also support the ability to record and reconcile transactions originating from external systems that may not be directly integrated.– Role–based access controls and segregation of duties.– Real–time transaction reporting and processing into Workday Financial Management.– Solution shall support the ability to record and process transactions originating from external systems via file import or integration.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
