(1) Vendor needs to provide qualified biologist services to the government authority located in California.– Provide a Qualified Biologist in support of the Project– Habitat Management Program (HMP) preparation and updates– HMP Development for Ground Operations Activities– Biological Resources Literature Review and Database Evaluation– Biological Resources Survey and Analysis Report– HMP Monitoring(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
